We are currently out of stock on many capsules, extracts, and powders. Due to our inventory shortages, we have temporarily stopped accepting orders on our website. We will continue to provide updates as they become available.
When an item is out of stock, a link will appear on the product page that says “Notify me when available.” Please click on that link and provide your email address if you want to receive a notification once it is back in stock.
Another option is to use our store locator to find a retailer near you that carries Host Defense supplements. Just make sure to contact the retailer directly to check for availability. Many of our retail partners are also experiencing a surge in sales and inventory shortages.
Please note that our customer service team is not able to offer any additional information regarding inventory replenishment timelines or retailer locations and availability. There may also be days when our hours of operation will be limited, affecting the ability of our customer service team to answer calls and respond to emails. We appreciate your understanding.
If you have already placed an order, you will receive it. Please note that due to the unexpected volume, order processing and delivery times are currently delayed by at least 7 business days.
If there is a back-ordered product in your order, we will notify you directly via email with your options.
Changes to Existing Orders
Unfortunately, we are not able to make adjustments to or cancel orders that have already been received and processed.
If you need to update your Ship-to Address, please contact the shipping carrier. Simply provide them with the package tracking number and the new delivery information.
To return an unwanted order, you have two options:
- Contact the shipping carrier with the tracking number and notify them that you would like to refuse the order, or
- Write “Return to Sender” on the box once it is received
Once we receive the returned product, we will refund you in full.
We are doing everything we can to ensure our inventory is replenished, orders are filled, and deliveries are made – all while keeping the health and safety of our employees at the forefront.
