- Dehydrated Morel Mushrooms - as many as you'd like
- Mozzarella Cheese
- Salt to taste
Take a few cloves of garlic and smash them. Throw them into a warm cup of water and stir. You don't want the cup to be full as you are going to the throw in your dehydrated Morel Mushrooms and let them reconstitute with garlicy flavor. Once the Morels have been properly rehydrated with garlic water, I then stuff them w/ mozzarella cheese using a chopstick to help pack them tightly. Then pan fry using butter and if you'd like you can roll them in panko crumbs after their soak to get an even breadier taste. Enjoy!
